Design studies

I write about design news and current design issues, and conduct deeper research on historical or sociological topics. I collaborate with French digital magazine Strabic, or with the Design Institute in Saint-Étienne for which I have written and edited different studies, including a major one on the work space.

In June 2016, in order to understand design from an American perspective, and to acquire a better knowledge of current American design issues and values, I attended the School of Visual Arts Design Writing and Research summer intensive. It was unique opportunity to study closely with great American editors, curators, and researchers, and to experiment with different research methods and writing formats.
